1. Attend a Study Abroad 101 session (required).
Note: Students are advised to begin the application process no later than one month before the deadline. The last Study Abroad 101 will be given one week prior to the deadline to ensure students have time to complete an application. 1. Identify goals for study abroad . 2. Check out programs by major and review study abroad programs (view courses offered, location, and cost > listed under budget sheet, left of "apply now").

Overwhelmed? Attend a Study Abroad 101 session . 3. Login to complete the Advising Worksheet. 3. On each program page, review dates, courses offered, and cost (listed under budget sheet, left of "apply now").

The Study Abroad Office will create a program-specific application after students have attended a Study Abroad 101 session and completed the advising worksheet. 4. Click the "Apply Now" button on the program page to start an application. 5. Schedule an individual advising appointment online, as outlined in your program-specific application.
Note: Applications typically include short answer essays, recommendations, and course approvals - begin the application at least a month in advance of the deadline. 5. Login to continue working on the application materials.
